All products are BRAND NEW.   We do not buy or sell " Department Returns / Shelf Pulls " 

All Stock Lots are carefully selected and pass Quality Control.   However make sure you understand that you still buying "Off-Price" merchandises and not regular stock.  Although we try to inspect each and every product before an order is shipped, small irregularities may be present. 

A word of advice - quantities are limited and demand extremely high. Make sure you order as soon as you find the products of your interest to avoid disappointments of SOLD OUT merchandises.

What you need to know regarding products posted on our Website – to clarify all questions / inquiries you have – before you place your order.  

Products.  All products are “factory overruns” of an original order. We buy stock lots – beyond and above the original orders direct from the suppliers and NOT from the brand name distribution channels. Therefore trade mark papers are not available.

We buy “Stock Lots”. In any Stock Lot we found assorted styles, colors and not equally distributed sizes of any product. It depends of what is available and included in the offer. Therefore it is impossible for us to post every single style / color of each product. That is the reason we post products with description ASSORTED. Meaning – when you receive your order:

1 – STYLES may be varied– not every product might be as per picture posted in our website, even though it will be extremely close.

2 – COLORS – all colors showing or posted in our website may not be included. All depends on availability of the product at the time of your order.

3 – SIZES – even though we try hard to make sure every order contains as much variety of sizes as possible and according to availability – sometimes it is impossible, due to the fact that not every product we received has equal quantities of each size. Again – please do not forget all products are factory overruns, off-price merchandises, SOLD in most cases 50% off regular wholesale prices if not better. Products are NOT REGULAR MERCHANDISES.

Delivery Policy

After your payment has cleared and received and your order is verified and agreed upon - in most cases we ship within 72 hours to less than a week. We ship anywhere in the world where all major courier companies like: DHL / TNT / FedEx / UPS / EMS / Post Office / other - service. Delivery is estimated 10-15 business days after payment received and your order verified. Most products are shipped to your door directly from the place of origin. As soon as your order is shipped we will post in "YOUR ACCOUNT" - information re: Courier Service Provider and Tracking # of your package(s). At that time by using the information provided you can check "status" of your order 24 / 7 at courier service provider website - as indicated in your tracking information.

Please Note - we are not responsible for any delays caused either by the "customs office", your respective country or Courier Service Provider or Natural Disasters. We are only responsible to ship your order according to the above guidelines.

Duties, Taxes, VAT Taxes

Products are shipped from the place of origin Therefore, all customers are responsible for ALL duties and taxes for their respective countries. The amount you pay for your order is only for the product and shipping as indicated by "Shipping Included" in the product description.

Regarding Products and Your Order

PLEASE NOTE: - All products are PRE-PACKAGED in 10 pcs / 20 pcs / 25 pcs lots / etc.. according to information and pictures posted for each product in our web site catalogue. Please make sure you understand - those are surplus merchandises - not a regular stock - for us to reproduce if sizes / colors / styles are sold out. " THAT IS IT "

Cancel / Refund / Exchange / Return Policy

In case of major damages to any or all product (s) of your order AND ONLY MAJOR DAMAGES -

- You MUST inform us within 72 hours (3 days) about the problem via email.

- You MUST include: your order # / product code # / detailed description and PICTURES of damaged goods.

After we receive your complaint we will investigate accordingly.

After completion of our investigation - if the problem is legitimate and we approve your complaint - we will inform you in writing via email with findings of our investigation.

In case of approved complaint an AUTHORIZED RETURN NUMBER will be issued for EXCHANGE ONLY.

In case we decide in your favor and you receive Authorized Return Number for the product (s) EXCHANGE ONLY, then you must return authorized products (s) of your order to SENDER - to the exact address where the shipment of your order originated at your cost.

There is absolutely NO CANCELLATION for order(s) that were already placed and paid for - regardless if tracking number was already  advised or not.     Once the order is placed and paid for, merchandises are automatically taken out of our inventory and considered Sold Out to the customer.   Therefore we are sorry, but we CAN NOT CANCEL the order(s) or STOP SHIPMENT(S) already in progress.

Guaranties 

A – We guarantee shipment of your order - including tracking number and courier service provider.

B – We guarantee to investigate any legitimate complain you have regarding the products you have received – providing you have sent us detailed information and pictures within 72 hours after you’ve received your order.

You may put your preferences like for example “I would like smaller sizes” or “I would like bigger sizes” and we will try to accommodate you – of course according to availability but without guarantees.

For orders of 100 plus units of the same specific product - you can send us an e-mail in details regarding styles / sizes / colors of your choice and we will reply to your inquiry - after checking availability of the product (s).
